Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your booking, cancellation charges will apply based on two components: Flight and Land Package.

For Flight Cancellations, the refund and deductions will be subject to the airline’s cancellation policy.

For the Land Package, the cancellation charges will be applied as follows:

  • If you cancel 30 to 45 days before the trip start date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If you cancel 21 to 30 days before departure, 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
  • If you cancel 14 to 21 days before departure, 75% of the total package cost will be deducted.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of the trip start date, 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.

Additionally, in the case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

In Case Where:
In case of any changes to your travel plans, the following conditions will apply:

If you wish to postpone your travel dates, we offer free rescheduling; however, any difference in seasonal rates will be applicable and communicated accordingly.

If you cancel your booking after postponing, all previously paid amounts will be forfeited.

Failure to make payments by the scheduled due date may result in the cancellation of your booking with no refund. If you anticipate any difficulties in making payments on time, you must inform the management in advance.

In unforeseen circumstances, we will strive to provide the best possible assistance, but Kashmir Tour is not liable for any services that cannot be delivered due to such situations.

A delay in final payment upon arrival or on the agreed date may result in a temporary halt or termination of services until the payment is cleared.

If a traveler tests COVID-19 positive, cancellation charges will apply as per the previously mentioned policy.

In case of any damage to hotel property, houseboats, or taxis caused by the traveler, Kashmir Tour will not be responsible, and compensation must be settled directly.
